They are the best dealership Ive been to in a long time. Wished I would have found them sooner. None the less they go above the grade to get you what you need. They will make sure before you leave that you can afford the vehicle as well as love the car you chose

BE VERY CAREFUL DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. After having the car for only two weeks, we got a call saying we needed to come back in and provide a “wet signature” for the bank. That’s it. No mention that there was actually a problem with the financing or that we could end up having to surrender the vehicle. It feels like they intentionally left out the truth because they were worried we would refuse to bring the car back. Instead of being upfront and honest, they told us it was just a signature issue and had us drive all the way down there under false pretenses. With that being said I was EXTREMELY disrespected. We showed up with both of our children—a 5-year-old autistic child and a 2-year-old toddler—because we thought we were signing paperwork and leaving. Instead, we’re sitting there being told we have to give the car back. Anyone with kids knows they can sense when something is wrong. The stress, confusion, and tension immediately affected them, making an already difficult situation even worse. What makes this so frustrating is that this entire situation could have been handled with honesty and communication. If the financing wasn’t finalized, tell us. If the bank wasn’t approving the deal, tell us. Don’t call us in for a “wet signature” and then blindside us when we arrive. I could have left them at home honestly if that was the case. Throughout the process, it felt like once they were focused on getting the deal done, everything started moving fast and important details got quieter and quieter. Questions were asked without proper explanations, and critical information wasn’t clearly communicated. This dealership needs to stop treating customers like obstacles and start treating them with respect. We deserved the truth before loading up our kids and driving down there. Instead, we got misled, EMBARRASSED, and put in an unnecessarily stressful situation that could have been completely avoided with basic honesty.

Terrible sales tactic , loan company will reach out in regards to gritting a used car with no money down , make payment after 90 days — WRONG you will be greeted by desperate sales man like COSMIN INCUMA Who will keep you waiting upon hours and hours just to tell you the complete OPPOSITE HORRIBLE WASTES OF TIME DONT GO HERE
