Staff made the process quick and painless for me. I didn't have great credit but they got me approved quickly. Their team seems to do whatever they have to do to get you the car. I got the car I wanted and it drives like a dream!

Everyone was very nice, I was looking for a hybrid, they had a few that I looked at, however to test drive I had to allow a hard pull on my credit... then the car I wanted to test drive had the rear seat belts behind the seat and it required the back seat to be removed and reinstalled, I had my child with me and was not going to test drive without proper seat belts. Ended up leaving with a hard pull on my credit and didn't even test drive a car :( the staff did call me to advise the seatbelts had been repaired, however I had already bought a vehicle by then.

I will never return to this dealership. The staff is dismissive and when confronted with the issues on the vehicles I was shown was offered a $300 discount. This in no way would have covered the issues on the vehicle. The check engine light showed on two of the vehicles I looked at and the staff dismissed that as inaccurate. All of the vehicles were dirty and many had spare parts or other items still inside. Many of the vehicles have been sitting on the lot for a long time so that goes to show how much business they actually do.
