Just wanted to share my experience with Great Cars and Trucks. Financed a Toyota Sequoia from them and just recently paid it off. Sequoia has been fantastic and they made the whole transaction flawless! When I first financed it, Robert did a great job with the sale. No pressure. Just easy peasy. I was so happy, I decided to finance another vehicle through them. So I pulled the trigger on a Chevy Trax and financed it. About 10 days later the turbo went out on it. Was pretty bummed and didn't think there was anything they could do. I went down there and told them my situation. Immediately Robert said bring it down and we'll look at it. The turbo had been redone before by Chevy dealer before, so he said they would look into warranty on it. Unfortunately the warranty had expired. So Robert talked to bossman Bob. Bob said he would refund my money. I feel they went above and beyond for me. He even refunded me $400 for the new tires I had just purchased for the Chevy. Unbelievable!!! When I was down there, a nice Toyota Camry caught my eye and we were able just to switch all the $ over to the Camry and financed it. I couldn't be happier. Anyone looking for a great car dealer needs to give this company a look. Thanks everyone at Great Cars and Trucks. Will refer anyone I know in need to you!!!!

From start to finish, Eddie & everyone at Great Cars & Trucks were friendly, helpful and the best - honest! When we got our truck home, we found there was something wrong with the heater core. We called Eddie and he said bring it right in and we’ll take care of it…and they did. It is sometimes scary buying a used vehicle, but Great Cars and Trucks made it a really great experience. We will be ready to buy our next car, soon, and will most definitely go back to them. We highly recommend Great Cars and Trucks!

Due to being an idiot and getting a DUI about eleven years ago, I've been immobile for the past ten years. I finally was able to afford a used vehicle so I came here on a co-workers recommendation, and I'm so glad I did!! Frank was eager to help me and provided me the Carfax report on the vehicle I was interested in, and answered any question I could come up with. They agreed to my offer within minutes of making it, and went above and beyond, by suggesting a breathalyzer place down the road. They even held my new to me car for a couple of days, and even DROVE IT TO THE IGNITION INTERLOCK SHOP FOR ME so I could get one installed!! I now have my license, and am completely legit on the road!! Eddie even called days later to make an appointment with me to fill out the rest of the paperwork and check and see if I was still happy with my purchase! Thanks goes out to many people to help get me back on the road, ESPECIALLY these wonderful guys! (And the office secretary, who called me to let me know the cost of my tags while she was out at the MVD!) Thanks guys!! I couldn't be happier!
