We purchased a car in December 2025, on Christmas Day. It was very helpful that they came to let us test drive and make the purchase on a holiday. I think the car may have not been on the lot long, as it seemed the salesperson wasn't aware of its condition and details. We did have some issues within the first month of purchase and as promised, they did cover the cost. It did take 3 times of being in 2 different shops to get it resolved, but overall they did make it right.

Bought a car that supposedly has no problems. 2016 Kia Sorento. Was told anything wrong I find in first 2 weeks, they would fix. I went to pick up the car with an appointment, it was buried in snow. Took forever. I go to get in it and the windshield was totally shattered They didn't tell me that. I go back inside and had to convince them to pay for it. That got done. I take the car for inspection and the brakes are competed shot. Needed complete replacement. I finally was able to get that done. Oil was leaking, coolsnt empty. Water pump may be not working properly... Meanwhile, I'm using a screwdriver to shift the car. The shifter is broken after driving for a week. The owner told me multiple times he (I have all the messages) he had ordered the part... then he was out of town and forgot... then i had to do it.... then that was a problem. Ive been told 3+ times the part for my shifter is being ordered. Per Kia dealership, it was never ordered. I am so bothered that all this is still happening 2 months after purchase and owner keeps lying to me about getting my shifter fixed when i already had so many other problems. Beware of being sold non functioning cars here.
