Tuscaloosa Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

We purchased a 2021 Jeep Gladiator from Tuscaloosa Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in December 2026. We live almost 100 miles away, so we were a bit concerned about buying from them, but the sales process was smooth. On the drive home we started smelling oil. The next morning there was a huge oil spot in our driveway. We immediately took it to the nearest repair shop, where they discovered the oil cooler unit had cracked and leaked out all the engine oil. It was an expensive repair. We contacted the dealership manager right away. They were very responsive and assured us they would take care of it. Within a few days we received a check covering the full cost of the repair. The team at Tuscaloosa Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram went above and beyond to make this right. Their integrity and customer service are outstanding. We will not hesitate to do business with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I was traveling from Illinois to Florida and my car started overheating I had it towed to the Chrysler dealership in Tuscaloosa knowing I was traveling the got me in immediately and found the problem a snake in my fan and had to replace it the snake didn’t survive they had me back on the road in 2 hours. They were the nicest people to deal with and very professional I recommend them highly if you’re in the area and need work done. They are the best in my opinion.

We drove 14 HOURS for a Trackhawk that we were already approved for, and it was one of the most disappointing car-buying experiences we’ve ever had. Before making the trip, we repeatedly asked the dealership to send updated pictures and videos of the vehicle. They never sent them. When we arrived, we immediately saw why. The car had multiple scratches and noticeable body damage that were not shown in the online listing. During the test drive, the vehicle did not drive properly at all. After returning from the drive, we popped the hood and it was SMOKING. We even told them it felt like a fire hazard and unsafe to sell in that condition. On top of that, the Trackhawk didn’t even have the correct Trackhawk key — it had what looked like a completely different key fob (similar to a Mercedes key), which raised even more concerns. After everything we saw, we told them we did not want the vehicle. Instead of acknowledging the condition of the car and the inconvenience, they offered to take $5,000 off. Even with the discount, it was nowhere near worth the $65,000 price tag considering the amount of repairs it would have needed — easily tens of thousands of dollars. This was a complete waste of our time, money, and a 14-hour drive. Extremely misleading listing and very unprofessional handling of the situation. I would strongly recommend asking for detailed, current photos and videos before traveling here — or reconsider doing business altogether.
