What really stood out to me was how he went the extra mile—not just for me, but for my sister as well. I came to Julio Jones Kia in Tuscaloosa for my car's scheduled tune-up, and so far my experience has been excellent. The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes the wait much more enjoyable. The gentleman who checked my car in for service was friendly, professional, and helpful. The young lady who assisted me in scheduling my appointment was also kind and courteous. I also had the opportunity to talk with one of the sales consultants (Chase), who was interested in purchasing my car. He was very nice, respectful, and easy to talk to. My vehicle is still being serviced, so I can't comment on the quality of the work just yet. However, based on the customer service and overall atmosphere, I'm very pleased with my experience so far. If anything changes after my service is complete, I'll be sure to update my review.
