There money hungry and make you pay extra fees out of nowhere if you don’t have a certain type coverage and there cars break down in week of you getting and they only offer to fix the car if you pay double after you just put a down payment on the car they do not care find a another dealership to get your car from be patient they suck and they well tow your car and put it back on outside for to resell it and don’t even fix it up they let you deal with the problems and they will hit you with a fee and won’t even give you a refund don’t get trapped in there scam I’m surprised nobody haven’t tried to sue them they breach the vehicle lemon law multiple times they fix the car up just to make it out the lot after and after I guarantee the car breaks down HEED MY WORDS I AM NOT LYING I WITNESSED THIS FIRST HAND AND I KNOW ITS TOUGH OUT HERE FOR PEOPLE THAT DONT HAVE CREDIT OR HAVE BAD CREDIT BUT DO NOT GO TO THEM LISTEN TO ME AND I AM NOT LYING THEY HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR A WHILE THEY CUSTOMER SUCK AND they pray on you if you don’t know anything a lot of that stuff do does say in there conversations or contract for the vehicle. I want one of them bots to spawn and say I’m lying them 5 stars are company rating there own views read there one stars reviews and see if I’m lying

Our experience was beyond pathetic! $1000.00 down payment car breaks down within 72 hours they complained for having to go get it from local convenient store wow so we asked for our money back they refused.. with a bunch of lies then kept it a week pleaded with us to let them make it right.🤨 Wow they didn't !! I broke down again within 48hours .I am 51 years old and doing chemo treatments they knew this I had to push it with help of a. Young couple and leave it. They refuse to make it right. My personal opinion they deserve to be sued and closed down. That car was a death trap. And they knew it!!! 💯 They should be ashamed of themselves. You reap what you sow

I recently gotten the car through Shane, he was awesome! But now that they have the new people there management wise and Starla they have been HORRIBLE and money hungry. ASKED them to change my pay day after they repoed the car because my pay days fell on Fridays and they wanted payment on Wednesday. I would recommend them to NO ONE. If you want good car service go to Lanier or Julio Jones Kia!!
