My experience @ the JD Byrider is Tuscaloosa was amazing as usual! This is our 4th vehicle with them! Charla was absolutely amazing as usual as well as Noah he made our vehicle closing process quick and easy!! We definitely recommend this place 10/10 for sure!

Alauana was terrific from the month i came In to the last day of the month when i came back in ! I thank her so much for the friendly conversations , and the overall truth !! Mrs. Charla she was very informative and pleasant as well during my process !! Not sure of her name but she was in the side offices “African American woman” she was very generous and i thank her for giving me a chance! This has been a long 3 months for me without a car ! I’m grateful thank you All ! Oh also thank you to the gentleman for the warranty walk !!!

Lani was the most helpful car sales representative I have ever dealt with. She made the process a very smooth for us. Everyone we dealt with was absolutely amazing and had such great attitudes. Recommend them 10000%!!!

I had a repossession with this company; based on my own personal dealings. But one thing I don't respect about this company is how they tell you 1 different things. I was just told my car was still here before I made a 3 hr trip. Once I got here I was told the car wasn't here anymore. They told me they gave me all of my belongings. But how am I missing a whole clear case that has tools in it? Sockets, wrenches, etc over $200 worth of tools. It wasn't like the case was small. It was beneath where the spare tire goes. Somebody literally has a free case of tools! Between the company or whom they sold it to!
