Matt Trosclair and Mike, the Sales Manager, made me feel welcome and important from the first interaction. Matt helped me “build” my Yukon and order it, and kept me informed during the build process. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and friendly whenever I stopped by the dealership.

I have so many good things to say about this place. Stan and Patrick were absolutely incredible. Ive never been treated so well at a Dealership in my life. Patrick is a overall family man and helped keep our little girl occupied (who is 2 by the way) while Stan made the paper work part of the deal such a breeze. They were both very welcoming and my family appreciated it. We are so excited to be apart of the Barkley Buick family.

I had the most amazing experience with Ada, she was sweet and treated me like family! She explained all I needed to know about my new vehicle and took out extra time to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied! She made my first purchase of a new car quite enjoyable! ;) She is truly the best!

Had a factory recall done. Made appointment in advance. Arrived and approached the service rep who was super nice. Sat in a nice comfortable waiting area. Job completed very timely and I was on my way. I decided to drive a little further from home to the Tuscaloosa Buick dealership instead of the closer one in Vestavia, AL. The repair service & my experience was better than I expected! I will be back.

Service Reps seem to be good people, the actual work performed not so much. Tag bracket half ass installed. Only (3) out of (4) mounting points used. Then went back this time for an oil change, set an appointment for 8:00am, dropped off at 8:00am, told them i needed it back by 1:00pm, i called around 12:45pm, and they havent even touched the truck. I went and picked up around 1:30pm and they didnt even bother to wipe oil filter off underneath the truck, it was dripping oil off of it.
