Tam was a very outstanding salesman. Tam went over and beyond making sure we got what we wanted. Tam was a great listener and very professional and knowledgeable. It was a blessing to have someone like her to assist us she made the process fast and easy she is definitely a great asset to the company. Zach and the other staff was very polite. They helped me all the way find a car I like and they worked with my credit. I’m grateful

They would get five stars but the problem is once you pay your car off they no longer care I paid my truck off and have called the store 4 different times to ask about a spare key that they may or may not have and they take my number down tell me they will call me back and never hear from them I guess when you pay your loan off a year and four months early it doesn't matter to them all they care about is the money I'm sure if I missed a payment they would have called me or used the key that I'm trying to find out about to come and take it from me but I guess I will take it as they don't have a key. I'm also trying to get them to report it to the credit report that it's paid off so I can buy a new truck they report every month when you are paying on it but when you have it paid off it's take 4 months for them to report it no way to run a business

The dirtiest slimiest car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Manager “Ms. D” should be committed for fraud for lying straight to my face months ago about warranty coverage. Called to double check with someone else if a certain part is covered & hmmm it is all the sudden. The part could have been replaced by now & now it’s gotten worse. I should see what a lawyer has to say. I’ve also gotten 3 different answers regarding refinancing my car! One of which includes “your balance has to be$5000 or less. “ per Ms. D. That is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of. When I’ve been told before that 6 month- a year is fine. That’s understandable. I pay my payments on time every 2 weeks. They are a scam!!
