The best car buying experience I’ve ever had! This truly is a hidden gem in Mobile. Stacy was constant professional before, during, and after my purchase. I highly recommend anyone looking for a car to work with West Mobile Automotive! Stacy gave the best price within 100 miles. The seamless and fluid paperwork was joyful sign with a business that stays true to their word. Looking forward to getting another vehicle through them once located. Lowest prices around by far. My vehicle was 3k under current market value. Buy here for a quality vehicles and superior customer service! 40 years in the automotive industry shows in their genuine and sincere effort to get you in the vehicle! A future repeat customer,
We had a great experience purchasing our Toyota RAV4. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and much less stressful than expected. Mr. Stacey was professional, helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel pressured. From test driving to financing and final paperwork, everything was explained clearly and handled efficiently. We really appreciated the communication throughout the process and how easy they made buying a vehicle for our family. Highly recommend this dealership and Mr. Stacey if you’re looking for a hassle-free car buying experience and excellent customer service.
I bought a Honda Accord at West Mobile Automotive and it ran great. Nice dealing with Mr. Stacy, nice honest, man.
We had a great experience buying my son‘s car here. The men that work there are friendly and helpful. We were having a difficult time choosing which car we liked, and the owner suggested that we let my son get behind the wheel to test drive them, which made it super easy for him to make a decision. The paperwork was a breeze, not like the tons of paperwork that you have to sign at bigger car lots. We have since recommended several people buy from here.
I would highly recommend West Mobile Automotive! Stacy and David helped my son find exactly what he wanted and went out of their way to get it worked out for him. Great honest business that really wants to help out their customers and not just make a profit!! We will definitely visit again!
