I worked with Adam just this week when I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Veloster! I did a lot of research before reaching out to 1st Stop/L&M Ventures, but they had the best deal on the year, make, and model that I was looking for; not to mention, the mileage was exceptionally low. I expressed interest in the vehicle online, and Adam called me soon after. Right away he was very kind and professional. I consider myself to be a very intuitive person, and not once did I sense any kind of sales pressure from him. I set up a time to test drive the vehicle the next day. My husband and our two children came with me. The privately owned lot is small, but all of the cars were very nice and were in excellent condition. We test drove the Veloster and I knew right away that it was the car for me. As for financing, Redstone Federal wasn't able to assist me, which, needless to say, left me feeling pretty fearful and hopeless. I am currently recovering from some financial mistakes that I made in the past, but I have been working HARD to recover from those. I told Adam that RFCU wasn't able to assist, and that's when he came through with their preferred financing company. After I was approved, he even made a special call to push out the term of my loan in order to make my monthly payment more comfortable. Adam went above and beyond to help me get into the car that my heart had been set on. I also met Landon, the owner, and he was extremely kind and professional, as well! I would highly recommend Adam and Landon to anyone that I know. There was absolutely ZERO pressure during the buying process, and I think we all know how extreme the pressure can feel at a major dealership.
