Genesis of Huntsville

We had an awesome experience buying our new Genesis GV80! The entire staff was very professional and courteous during our times at the dealership. Jason Storm, our sales consultant, was awesome to work with. He was very knowledgeable and had a ton of information about the various vehicles we looked at. He did not pressure us at all, and was very patient with us as we worked through our decision. Charles in finance made the process super easy and quick. Also, we want to mention the professionalism and kindness of Raul, another sales consultant in training.

Our salesman "Chris" was great. Very informed on the car we chose, had test ride, showed special features of the car, instructed us on loading some of the software, knowledgeable on all of the options to be setup and programed. Chris made our car buying an easy process. Overall a pleasant car purchase. Would recommend Bentley Genesis Group to anyone looking to purchase a new Genesis.

I want to sincerely thank everyone at Genesis for the outstanding service you provided throughout the purchase of my new vehicle. From start to finish, the professionalism, patience, and commitment to making the process as smooth as possible were truly appreciated. Everyone treated me with respect and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure I had a great buying experience. I couldn't be happier with my new car, and I will gladly recommend Genesis to others.

What an easy buying experience! Storm was great. He answered all our questions and went over every detail of our new Genisis.

Valet service was very helpful. My car was serviced in a timely manner and returned washed and clean. Chris Knight is not in service, but he is a great interface between a new car Customer and the service department. very much appreciated his help.
