This place is a total scam. I understand that they are selling used tires BUT after just a couple of weeks this is what my son’s tire looked like (photo 1) and the back tire just came off of the rim (photo 2). Not to mention that all the or lug nuts are stripped so we can’t take them off! Now for my experience. I had 4 used tires put on my car about 3 months ago. One of them blew out on the sidewall just a couple weeks after being installed. Again I get that I bought USED tires, but when we tried to do brake repairs on my vehicle we could not get the lug nuts off because they were either stripped or different sizes!! This was confirmed by the techs at Mavis Tire. Total Scam. Stay away.

I came up here to purchase a vehicle I was treated very rudely and poorly because my address didn’t match my drivers license and I was missing one paystub she needed. Explained to them it was hard for me to get a ride around the city and I was doing the best I could. The lady in the office didn’t even try to help me out work with me on anything. I offered for her to call my job she didn’t want to. Offered to have the office fax proof she didn’t want to. She talked over me when explaining my hardships it was very difficult to talk to her. I understand that they don’t check credit but the hoops they have you jump through is ridiculous. My day went from bad to worse. Learn customer service and how to treat people.

They have the worst customer service! My engine light came on the second day I had the car. They are rude and don’t know how to talk to nobody! I came back to this place 3 times within a two week span. My timing chain is rattling! I would not recommend!
