Worst experience ever. I was purchasing a vehicle from them and at first the guy seemed really nice. The guy literally almost ran me off the road, blocked me from driving, and tried to snatch the keys out of the car. He was very rude and nasty and honestly I wish I would’ve read some of these reviews before doing business with them. I would 100% not recommend buying a vehicle from them. I have never had such a terrible experience.

Bought this truck from them on April beautiful truck gave 5k of down none of that money went to my total of 34k I was fine with it because though I was getting my money worth on May the 4w drive came up the ABS came up and another light we fix it then the nightmare began the lights came up again made them aware of it every time that I would make a payment then on June 4th the transmission broke only 2 months called the dealership to see if they could come and help us out since I was 4 hrs away from home they said there was nothing to do that I could just give up on it and return it ask if they could fix it and add it to the total since only 2 months had pass they said no. So I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Found out some people had the same problem as me in the pass !

Purchased 2 cars from this place . Unless u wanna get screwed and lied to I suggest u not buy from here. They gonna over charge u for your car. If something happens to it while u paying on it u screwed. They will not help u out. By being a valued customer u would think they would appreciate u more. Once u get close to paying it off is when they try to screw u.. do not buy from them! Charge u a huge down payment and none of it goes towards the price of your car. I put 6200 down on a car there. Don't shop with them.

Terrible business.. terrible company to get a car from… Regardless if you’re 1 payment behind or 100 payments behind. This place calls “repossessing” a vehicle forcibly, dragging you out of the car & putting a gun to you to try to scare you into giving the vehicle back.. It’s crazy because someone pays over $40,000 for a vehicle & gets behind a couple of payments and this is how they do you to get the vehicle back.. Not even mad at the fact they came to repossess it, seeming that I was behind. It’s the fact of HOW they try to repo it. I could have had kids in my car or anything and for them to “strong arm” and threaten us is crazy to me. And HIGHLY illegal at that! It is all on camera too!! Police report has been filed & lawyer is looking over the camera footage! 🤦🏻‍♀️ which it WILL 100% be looked into. They seemed so nice & kind when we put that $30,000 down payment down but think because it’s the Hispanic community that they can drag you out of a vehicle at gun point & threaten you. 🙄
