CDJR of Albertville

After shopping several dealerships and negotiating on multiple vehicles, I can honestly say that CDJR of Albertville was a completely different experience. Working with Tim Smith was refreshing. He was straight-forward, straight-shooting, and there was absolutely no BS. There were no games, no last-minute surprises, no pressure tactics, and no wasting my time. We discussed the numbers, agreed on a fair deal, and they honored exactly what they said they would do. The entire staff treated me with respect from the moment I walked in until I drove away in my new Jeep. The buying process was efficient, professional, and actually enjoyable—something I never thought I'd say about buying a vehicle. I've purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, and without question this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. If you're tired of the typical dealership games and want to deal with honest people who do what they say they're going to do, I highly recommend CDJR of Albertville and ask for Tim Smith. They've earned my business, and I'll gladly make the drive to buy from them again.

We were greeted by Walker, didn't get his last name. But he was very sweet, not pushy and very professional. Let us look at the cars at our pace. We found two we like and we drove both. Unfortunately, we couldn't come to an agreement on them with the price. But we will go back if we find something else.

Don't, just say no! I thought this was a good spot to take our vehicle's to get fixed. Well they took my 80 year old mom for over 2k and left her with the same problem she took it to them for. I don't know who the man on the phone was, but he told my mom its because her car is old. I didn't want to upset my mom so I just listened. I'm like, so they can only fix new cars? But ya, they robbed a 80 year old lady for over 2k, and since then we got it fixed. 300. To fix what costed my mom over 2k and they never fixed it. O! And it wasn't even put back together all the way. Caps left off, grill broken. I could write a book here on why I will never step foot in there again. It truly stinks, the woman at the desk was so sweet. But after that point your not going to have a good day. Barak Yahuah! CDJR, I see your people are not of the Torah. So that leaves the other side. Devils no more! Shame on y'all!

Took our 2024 Chrysler Pacifica in as the battery was dead after just 2 months of replacement under warranty, first time was the auxiliary battery, now the main, so this time I checked everything when I got home and this is what I found. Negative on battery not hooked up, cap and insulation on auxiliary not put back. And the Bolt on battery hold down, not tight, just sitting there. Also had to clean the door jambs as there was greasy shoe prints all over.

I honestly wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this place! Yes the sales person was very responsive at first, after purchase of several thousands, he will not respond, when you pay thst much for a vehicle you would expect a radio to work. Found with in about 2 weeks they did do a flash on it but still failed to fix the issue, now they want thousands more to fix a radio in a vehicle I just paid thousands for! I bought local hoping they would be honorable but they are not, so I would t go here, I would go out of state or further north or south to buy a vehicle. Sales person just reads text messages and ignores now. So I can assure you I’ll never set foot back there to make a purchase much less encourage anyone that I know to go there, my encouragement will be to go elsewhere after this experience!
