I’ll cut to the chase — I spent MONTHS researching cars, comparing prices, inventory, and options. Marc at Mountain Auto has the best pricing, hands down. If you’re looking for a clean used EV at a GREAT price — and want to avoid the games many dealerships play — go see Marc. He's super nice, ethical and will shoot you straight. I first met him over a year ago while looking at a Model Y with FSD. I should have bought it then, but I was just starting my search and didn’t realize what a deal it was. Over the next year, I kept following his listings because the value was consistently unmatched. When I picked my search back up recently, I visited several dealerships. Most tacked on random fees or made the numbers work only if I gave up tax credits — it was frustrating. Marc, on the other hand, was upfront and honest about pricing and walked me through every detail of the car before I bought it. The day I came to pick up my 2022 Model 3 with FSD, we noticed the charger plug plate was broken. Marc immediately took extra time to fix it before letting me drive away. He also spent the time to walk me through all the paperwork and finances so I had zero concerns. It’s been almost a week since the purchase, and Marc is still helping me — now with a windshield replacement. That level of after-sales support is rare. Marc has earned a customer for life, and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I began my search by test driving several vehicles and ultimately decided on a Tesla Model Y—pictured below. Marc was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the features of the Tesla, as well as best practices for ownership and maintenance. I also chose to purchase the battery warranty, which was offered at the most competitive price in the state compared to similar options from other dealerships. What sets Mountain Auto apart is their genuine care for customers. While I was leaving the lot, a previous Tesla customer happened to arrive. Marc mentioned that he had told her father she was always welcome to stop by if she ever needed assistance with her vehicle. That level of ongoing support speaks volumes about the integrity and customer-first attitude at Mountain Auto. Not to mention they are very fair with their pricing and don’t sell you nonsense. I had such an amazing experience at Mountain Auto, especially with Dreyton. Buying my first Tesla could have felt overwhelming, but the entire process was so relaxed and genuinely low-pressure from start to finish. At no point did I feel pushed into anything, which honestly made such a difference. Dreyton was incredibly patient, helpful, and transparent the whole time. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I felt good about the car I was buying. After I purchased it, he even spent extra time walking me through all the Tesla features and settings so I felt comfortable driving it home. Smaller dealerships can seem hit or miss, but this one was incredible. I wish I could give it 10 stars! I’d absolutely recommend Mountain Auto, so much so that I’ll make sure anyone I know who is buying an EV goes there!

Marc and his team are wonderful to work with. Fair prices on the cars and very ethical. They are straightforward and honest in discussing cars, benefits, and potential concerns. He was not trying to push me into a sale but honestly wanted what was best for me and my car situation. I put a down payment on a car to reserve it but had to back out of the sale after taking a second look at our finances. He was kind enough to refund the initial deposit and very helpful through the whole process. He has earned my loyalty and I’ll be back as a customer.

Very friendly people. I rated 4 stars instead of 5 for 2 reasons. 1 because the vehicle that I was sold had some pretty bad paint damage. 2 because the tires on the vehicle were in horrible condition, luckily they offered to replace them which was nice, but after the tires were replaced I took it on the highway and it had a lot of rumble. I took it to discount tire to see what was up. The alignment was WAAAAAY out and the guy said "whoever put these tires on didn't even try to mount and balance them correctly." So then I reached out to the people at Mountain Auto SLC to say "hey. Whoever does your tires doesn't do a good job. They didn't even balance the tires they put on. Just wanted to let you know." They responded that the company they use doesn't balance tires; just installs them. It would have been nice to have a car that's road-ready at purchase. I feel like installing tires but not getting them balanced is like ordering food at a restaurant and then being told that you should have brought your own silverware because silverware isn't part of what's included - it would be very odd for something like that to happen. I've never purchased tires for a vehicle and had a tire shop OFFER to balance the tires.... It's always included as part of what I'm paying for with new tires. The alignment was also WAAAAAYYYY off. So. To summarize: -Take the car to discount tire before purchase and get the tires inspected. -Get the alignment checked (free at discount tire) -Look for signs of paint damage. I wish I had had more time to do those things. But even though I didn't, I love my car and I feel like I got a decent deal on it. There's more than what's in the video. There were also places on the doors etc but I didn't get pics and I've already done touch up paint. I originally thought it was dirt or something that a car wash would fix but it ended up being places with missing paint
