Nice Auto Sales Inc.

Purchased my transit from them over 2 years ago. He had just received the vehicle and didn't know much about it and made me aware of that and vehicle was sold as is.... he did pull up the Carfax for me after test driving and made the transaction very easy. Van is still running great 2.5 years later with over 200k miles on it and only issues I have had with the van are basic issues that come with an older vehicles driven daily.

I bought my car in March sorry it's taking me a while to do this review but covid hit and I wasn't driving.. Mario was great. He fixed my a/c had it ready the next day for me. His price was fabulous and I love my Honda . I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. I will be using him in the future for my son's vehicle when he turns 16. I couldn't have asked for a better business man. His staff was great and they are honest people. Thanks again I love my ride.

I purchase a GMC truck from Mario and his staff 4 months ago. The purchase experience was easy, they gave me a great deal and this truck is by far the best truck I have ever owned. I have had zero issues! Thanks again To the staff at Nice Auto sales!!!!

Firstly let me begin by saying the sales people are extremely nice and helpful. Sadly that is where the positive comments stop. Within a week of purchasing the car we had a weird noise coming from the exhaust. This ended up being a exhaust leak that cost $220 to be fixed. Week 2, we started having issues with the one of the tires going flat. There ended up being a hole in the side wall of the tire which is unplug-able. After the first month the check engine light was on which ended up being a bad catalytic converter and misfiring piston. Thankfully replacing the spark plugs fixed the misfiring piston but the catalytic converter will cost much more! Month 3 and we discovered that two of the rims are bent which has caused the tires to wear down quickly. The tires were already very low on tread so we had to purchase 4 tires costing $500. We will now need to get 4 new rims as the current rims are limited edition and very expensive. All break pads and rotors needed replaced much more quickly then expected. Overall, we have had to put around $1,500 into the vehicle already and more needed. I can say that we didn’t pay an outrageous price which was nice. Not a horrible place to buy a car but wouldn’t recommend.

Bought a truck from Mr. Pocasangre, because I was undecided on what I was doing with the truck either rebuilding it or selling for parts he decided to give me a junk title after saying he had a clean title for the truck prior to the sale. Since I then proceeded to want to rebuild it he decided not to work with co part or work on getting the title. I am now 3 months out and still haven’t even received a junk nor a clean title at all for this truck. Do not do business with this man, he lied to me, and even lied to the DMV enforcement officer saying he would give me a title in general for this truck. This makes me want to share for anybody thinking they should do business with this dealership. Thanks to anyone who read this. In North Carolina weather salvage or not a dealership is supposed to sell a vehicle with a title present. This is being edited after Mr. Pocasangre made a comment, he had no right to sell me the truck regardless of my purpose for it if it did not have a title. Do not do business with this man, I understand standing up for your business, but doing things out of states law and requirements is wrong. And if he owned it for over a year he should’ve had the title and signed it over on the table like every other dealership I have done business with. I have bought many vehicles and I’ve never seen such a racist and lying salesman who does not stand by his word. Do not do business with this dealership, he may do right to some of you but he did more than wrong to me. People buy vehicles for multiple purposes so if I was buying it to build or resell it’s none of his business and he knows he is wrong for that, spread the word and I repeat do not do business with this dealership. He had no respect for anyone that tried helping me in this situation that made a call. Even after promising to get me a salvage title for the truck this is months later and never heard anything, he also blocked my phone number. I have no shame throwing this guys business all over, I’m speaking the truth, I have also spoken with many lawyers, I am still giving him to make up his wrong before I take action but again, do not do business with him.
