Hayan was fantastic! I drove two hours away from Wilmington for a used 2018 Mazda 3! Upon arrival Hayan introduced himself, so easy to talk to and very well informed in the automotive industry. This car was exactly what i was looking for and more! After explaining all the great features & most importantly the awesome safety features this Mazda has, I took it for a test drive. This vehicle not only looked great inside and out but the drive was incredible!!! With Hayan’s expertise and overall knowledge, it was a very easy decision to make & we made this official! I can’t recommend Hayan highly enough! He was awesome!! Thanks Hayan!!!

If you're looking to buy the Blue 2014 Toyota Prius 4 from this dealer, or any of the other JT Auto Group dealers when it inevitably gets moved again, know that it has a "severe timing cover leak", and a "misfire code" that someone apparently attempted to clear from warning lights at some point. Save yourself $150 going in for a pre-sale inspection, and make sure to negotiate the repair as it's not cheap. Dealer ghosted me after I asked whether the timing cover leak could be fixed and warrantied prior to sale. I fear they were sketchily banking on someone buying it without doing due diligence. The only reason I give this dealer some stars is because Kim was very professional, and a pleasure to work with on all of our transactions. If I were to guess, this situation seemingly has very little to do with the sales team, but was likely an executive decision to make more money from a less astute buyer. We had already come to an amicable deal, and I had a check issued by my credit union expecting it to be in good condition. As well I gave up my spot on another Prius I was looking at. Thankfully I can use the check on other cars, but frustratingly needed to start my search over.

*BUYERS BEWARE! PURCHASE ELSEWHERE** - I financed a car from JT Auto Group/10orLess about a month ago (2019 Chevy Spark.) Since DAY 1 I have had non stop issues with my vehicle, within the first 24 hours I called this company back to let them know the car was shaking while driving (this did not happen during test drive.) I was then told I had to wait TWO WEEKS to even be seen by THEIR (JT Auto Group’s) Service Department an hour away. Was finally able to be seen (after their “14 day return policy” just so coincidentally.) They did not fix the issue whatsoever, I was told my warranty would cover the issues NONETHELESS - still had to pay out of pocket for this car I bought off the lot just like this. The car STILL shook, I had two more mechanics take a look at it for me and after $1,500 LATER - the car FINALLY works. The multiple men who have worked/towed my car mentioned that these people were negligent in their handling and inspections with my vehicle (ex: dry rotted tires on ALL FOUR TIRES, with bent rims, tires were OVER 8 years old (my car is only 6 years old) almost 2 months away from NOT PASSING INSPECTION.) They will also give you the run around with getting your tags for the vehicle. I have tried getting in contact with management and they will not contact me back, so my next option is assembling all my documents & contacting a lawyer (as advised to do so.) I could on, and on, but the main point I’m trying to get at is PURCHASE ELSEWHERE.

I picked up a car here and signed some final documents in their office. The manager was pretty rude to the employee that was helping me. Poor thing was balancing three customers while he was very condescending to her all while lounging around himself. I later had a problem with the car and guess what kind of service I received… EDIT: Owner replied to other problems I never complained about. Guess I’ll respond… 1) Untrue. Not all Tesla have synthetic seats. Tesla offered a real leather trim for my year/model. I was told it had it. It does not 2) I don’t have a problem with taxes. The amount is set by the state and you charged me OVER their rate. This is illegal. 3) I didn’t want extended warranty. That only covers breakdown after purchase. You sold preexisting, undisclosed damage. This violates NC consumer law. “As-is” disclosure does release dealers from that protection. 4) You wish I brought line items to your attention? I did and you removed it. My complaint is that you attempted to sneak the $4k charge in the first place and I’m just letting others know to be careful. You are happy to work with me directly? Untrue. You have ghosted me and do not reply to calls to text messages. For those reading: this scammy owner has several business to be aware of. They have many years experience in scamming and know countless ways nonprofessional buyers can be tricked. Protect yourself and buy from a real dealer.
