From the first contact, all the way through the end of the buying process, this was BY FAR, the best car buying experience that I've ever had, and I've bought at least 6 vehicles from dealers. He was pleasant, approachable and honest about the vehicles that we were looking at and I didn't feel even remotely pressured into picking a car that didn't fit our needs. He was flexible and reasonable on the pricing and even offered a warranty for the car we ended up chosing...which was an AMAZING find. We live in Spokane, but I would have ZERO issues driving back to Boise for our next car as well. Thank you Haitham for making my son's first car buying experience what it was. I met him 4 years ago, I was looking for a car for my 17 year old then daughter. No pressure, no sales gimmicks, he was upfront, honest and very polite. He has a gift not very many people have: the ability to observe how you communicate and match your pacing and energy, making the interaction comfortable and natural. I have bought three cars from him and had him sell 4 different cars for me. He is honest, upfront about the vehicle’s history with pictures, honest, on time and won’t waste your time. Great experience, hard to find people like him nowadays…
