I've bought 3 cars from Coffey Automotive over the years. And Jerry has been nothing but nice and kind. All 3 cars were great. I had no problems with them. I just bought a truck this week and I love it so much. He had it detailed very nice. He is a very responsible person. He is a man of his word. I don’t usually write reviews like this, but after my experience buying a car from this used dealership, I feel it’s important to warn others. When I purchased my vehicle, I was never made aware of any issues — no mention of the oil leaks, the poor lighting, or the other mechanical problems that quickly showed up after the sale. Everything sounded great until the payment went through. Once the money was in his hands, the owner completely turned his back on me. When I tried to reach out or even discuss a possible resolution, he was dismissive and avoided accountability altogether. What’s worse is that he made a point of saying he was a Christian businessman, but his actions were the exact opposite of what that should represent — no honesty, no integrity, and no compassion. In times like these, it’s honestly cruel to treat people this way. I later found that multiple sources have called him out for being a fraud, and after what I’ve experienced, I can completely believe it. It’s sad when someone hides behind faith or a friendly attitude just to make a sale, only to vanish when problems arise. If you’re thinking about buying from this dealership, don’t. Save yourself the stress, money, and disappointment. There are plenty of honest car dealers out there — this just isn’t one of them.
