My friend Chasity bought a vehicle from these guys and they charged her 2000 for the deposit and some other fees plus the insurance it ended up costing her almost 3000 and she made her first payment and was due for the second one and all of a sudden the car broke down almost 50 minutes from home and had to get it towed. The hose busted so she fixed it no biggie, a 12: dollar part then it still wouldn't start so she had it tow to the dealership where she bought it Gold motors auto just calling them calling them for 3 Days finally gets a hold of them and the general manager says I've been trying to call you you had my number blocked why would she have her number blocked that she's waiting for her car to be fixed and waiting to get her car back. So he says the general manager that she blew an engine! She started crying saying that's going to be expensive and he says everything's expensive for somebody that doesn't have money even $7 would have been expensive. How's somebody like that going to talk to someone who's crying a single mother like that. Please if you like your money don't throw it away on this company nothing but thieves they need to be shut down.

I honestly don’t understand how this dealership has the most disrespectful person working the front desk. Emilio has the worse customer service I’ve ever seen in my life and an attitude that will not get him very far. You’d think that the owner would want someone who is respectful and talks to people with human decency. I had a payment due today, and at 10am sharp a reference was contacted from him before myself the owner of the vehicle was. It’s an embarrassment at least let me wash my face first! I’m giving one star for Salesman Chris, very nice very respectful gentleman. I will make sure to only speak with him moving forward. Emilio is giving Golds a horrible rep. To the owners, please do better.

Drove over 2 hours to come check out a Camaro that looked decent in photos, had a bunch of hidden damage upon arrival to the front bumper, hood, and interior. When I popped the hood it had coolant absolutely everywhere, on the engine block and dripping all down the bay, reservoir was completely empty. Being mechanically inclined it still didn’t steer me away, but I asked if I could have a pre purchase inspection done which the manager would not allow. Also would not provide a carfax for the vehicle claiming they had an auto check but it was literally a piece of paper with absolutely no vehicle history. Very shady place. This is a real review posted one photo of our conversation before he claims there’s no history of me. Beware.

if I could put 0 stars I would! the salesman emilio is a complete scam, liar and will do anything in the beginning to get you to buy a car from him, i left dealership at 6:30 friday with car saturday morning the car broke down, I cant do this its crazy im broken down with my pregnant wife and kids the day after getting the car! he said i cant do anything till monday I will do anything to help you or put you in another car! long story short the motor is blown i broken down in the car everyday i drove it from the day I got it and when i went back he started yelling and screaming to get a reaction so he can then say im not helping you leave if anyone has had a similar issue like this you can reach out to me and my Lawyer will help you fill a complaint at net park
