Fantastic experience … I was driving around the country on a roadtrip when I saw the battery light was blinking on my 03 gmc sierra . The mechanic troubleshooted and confirmed that it was the alternator. He quickly replaced the alternator within 2 hours . Why I think they deserve 5 stars is because most shop will try to replace the battery under the guise of electric issues . A batterie is a DC current ( thing that starts the car ) where as the alternator is AC ( thing that runs the car after start ) . These are distinct separate things and do not not need to be replaced in conjunction. The mechanic was honest and quick hence a 5 star review

I took my Dodge Durango to the Dodge dealership first and was quoted $1,900 to replace the condenser and recharge the Freon. Something didn’t feel right, so I decided to get a second opinion and went to Friendly Auto Sales and Repair. The owner took the time to properly diagnose the issue and explained that there was actually nothing wrong with the condenser. It only needed to be cleaned, serviced, and recharged. The total came out to about $300. That kind of honesty is rare in the auto industry. He saved me over $1,600 and fixed the problem the right way the first time. If you want a mechanic who is knowledgeable, fair, and trustworthy, I highly recommend this shop.

Trust me guys when I say this this dealership is super legit they help me to get into a car after my car got repossessed and these help me get me in the car I love my car they gave I see myself getting in this car for a while I mean ok it’s has 179,000 miles but they have best repair shop better any dealer I have ever been to trust me I use to be United States military these people are better than direct and champion any dealership you can think of ignore the negative post they have their lie in I literally got my car yesterday and I love it also they are a buy here pay here and wil work with you with any financial situation you are going through THANK YOU Friendly AUTO SALES!!!!!
