I've purchased a 2010 Ford Explorer XLT from here in Summer 2021, I paid Cash for my truck. My mechanic checked out the truck & told me that to get it, I had my truck 18 months, I never had no major problems with my truck @ all, Only regular maintenance, It had no rust or dents in my truck @ all, Under the hood it was very clean. They washed & vacuum the truck. The staff was very nice friendly & took care of everything. The truck had a 90 warranty. When the warranty worn out they called me. I did not purchase the warranty. I never had no problems with the Engine or Transmissions. I would recommend this place. They gave me a car fax report. I was the 3rd owner. My mechanic told me it wasn't in no accident he throughly checked it out. I miss my truck so much.

Bought a car for my 20 year old son there 6 months ago. I wanted to see how the car held up before leaving a review after reading some reviews about unhappy experiences at Rossi Auto. I can say this MARC ROSSI BLOWS AWAD THE COMPETITION! Yea the check engine light came on for something stupid a few weeks after purchase. There is a lil funky stank they Cums n Go's when it rains but it's a used car. I ain't no Elon or Donald! I ain't got it like Dat! Yea the car burns a lil oil but me n my son couldn't afford a new car. We check the oil when we gas up. It's teaching the young how to take care of what you got. Marc helped up with not only securing a nice car in our budget but got us a deal on tires n brakes as well. Almost 45% less than I was quoted by 3 other shops. This place is amazing! I highly recommend it! I personally dont know a lot about vehicles, but the staff were patient and very helpful in explaining things to me. Its been a day since I bought a car there and I am very satisfied with my purchase!

If you value your sanity, your wallet, or the ability to drive without praying, RUN do NOT walk past Marc Rossi Auto Sales. I bought a 2012 Chevy Equinox from them in October 2024, and I swear I have never had to fight for my life with a vehicle the way I did with this one. From day one, the car behaved like it was already in hospice. Within months of ownership, the engine was burning oil so fast I was bottle feeding it like a NICU patient. If I didn’t add oil monthly, the entire car would shake like it was about to stall in traffic. I’d open the oil cap and steam would greet me because the engine was basically running dry, cooked from the inside out. Yes… this is on a car that “passed inspection.” Then January 2026 hits, and the SAME shop Marc recommended (and the same shop I trusted because he told me to) finally puts the car on a lift and shows me the cherry on top: A severely rusted, structurally unsafe, unrepairable subframe. Not “a little rust.” Not “needs attention.” UNSAFE. UNREPAIRABLE. “The car should not be driven.” So naturally, I call Marc, expecting accountability. Silly me. Instead I got: • “Why didn’t you crawl under the car when you bought it?” Uh…because customers are not contortionist-mechanics, Marc. • Blamed for driving 20,000 miles on a car I didn’t know was dying • Lectured about Pennsylvania road salt • A repeated “well it passed inspection” like that magically fixes a rotted frame • And finally… an offer to “fix the frame” after the shop already told me IT CANNOT BE FIXED So not only was the car structurally unsafe, but I’m still left with a loan balance on a vehicle that is now basically yard décor. Let me be painfully clear for future buyers: An inspection sticker means NOTHING if the car wasn’t properly checked. A smile and a handshake means NOTHING if the car collapses a year later. And “we’ll help you” means NOTHING when the frame is literally crumbling. Save yourself the breakdowns, the repairs, the oil shakes, the money, the stress, and the headache of talking in circles with someone who keeps saying “road salt” like that explains everything. Get your own mechanic. Put any car on a lift. And do not under ANY circumstances buy here without protecting yourself.
