I've purchased 3 vehicles from Guy and he is the most patient and informative person I know when it comes to cars. Always pleasant and worked with me when i had an issue on paying once. Guy and everyone there are amazing! I bought an as is car there. On my way home from the lot...I stopped to get gas and it wouldn't start. Guy, immediately came out with a loaner car and took my car with him. Turned out to be just a battery cable that needed to be replaced. About a week or so later the car had issues with cutting off. Again, Guy brought out a loaner car and repaired the car for free! He really stands behind his vehicles! After getting it back he called to make sure the issue was resolved...which it was. I highly recommend Hollingsworth Auto in Wake Forest. I would buy from them again without hesitation...knowing they will not sell you a Lemon. Thank you to the amazing people who work there!!!

I would like to warn everyone about Hollingsworth auto here in Wake Forest. The owner/dad is extremely rude to customers. He gave me the run around and a ton of excuses when I asked repeatedly for the car fax on one of the cars. Excuse after excuse after excuse. This was after speaking to the son earlier in the week, both over the phone and in person when I went to look at the car. I had informed the son, who took my name and number, that I wanted the car fax. He supposedly told his dad that I wanted the car fax and was supposed to be getting it. I stopped by later in the week and the daughter answered the door. She was very rude and had no idea what I was talking about. Had to speak to her dad. Well we spoke to her dad/the owner and that is when he gave me a stream of excuses on why he didn't have the car fax. He claimed that he did not have my name and number, so I gave it again. I was then told he would call me when they got the car fax. I called a few days later only to be told that they sold the car that they knew I was interested in. They did not bother to give me a courtesy call and inform me that someone else was interested or that they sold it. He didn't offer much on an apology when I called. This is bad practice! Bad business! The fact that he was giving me a run around and practically refused to get the car fax sends up a big red flag. Add in how rude he and his daughter were, and that's even more of a red flag. I do not know how this dealership has a good reputation. This is not okay. Watch your back with them. If this is how I was treated, I can only imagine how they treat other potential customers. Or how they treat people once they start the process of actually purchasing a car.
