I bought my car there and I loved it! I have it since 2 years ago and runs and drives perfectly. The price is so affordable and a great service. I will definitely recommend it. If you thinking to buy a car no to expensive here is the place.

I bought my 2015 Kia Soul from 208 Auto. There was a hiccup with getting the title in my name and that’s mainly because I’m in Oregon and they have to have everything precise. There were small here and there things that needed fixed and replaced such as the battery, something with the steering, and the left windshield wiper was bent to where it needed replaced because it kept messing up and turning inward. All in all… not bad for a used dealership. The main thing that got to me was the customer service downgraded after we had exchanged cash for car. It seemed there was a lack of caring after that (which I get… you do the business and sell what you gotta sell and wanna be done with it). I do wish we received the same kind and caring customer service we experienced before we purchased the vehicle- but it is what it is. And to make it clear- they did what they had to do to get it all figured out- it just seemed like it was a huge inconvenience (probably was) and they seemed irritated about the title issue with DMV. We were too but it needed done to finalize everything 🙂 they gave us a deal on the vehicle if I left a review which I wanted to wait until everything was done and finalized to ensure I got the full experience of how the whole process went so I could leave an honest review. I do appreciate how they were upfront about anything my husband asked about (he is a mechanic and had questions during the vehicle inspection). Everything seemed to be answered honestly and they weren’t being “shady” or trying to hide anything from our experience. All in all, I think they’re a good business that deals with a lot of different people and personalities and they’re just trying to do their jobs to the best of their abilities. I appreciate and love my vehicle I got from them!! Thank you guys!

Bought a used 2011 Volvo XC60 from them in February that is a total lemon. Was told that the only issue was the key fob button no longer automatically opened the back hatch. They had covered a crack in the hatch with a sticker. The first few weeks it worked great, and then issue after issue popped up. Bad battery, bad fuses, bad sensors, fan control module died, etc. I have had to get it towed twice now, and jumped off more times than I can count. I am getting rid of this completely unreliable car as soon as possible.

I went to look at a car I saw off of Craigslist. I had trouble finding their location. So I parked where I thought I was close, called, and they said I was in the parking lot, just walk to the end. I explained that I was there to look at a Kia, he said he'd pull it out and I could see it. I got there, and there wasnt a human in sight. So I went into the office. Thats when 3 dogs ran and attacked me. They were maybe 15lbs dogs, not a big deal, however I was wearing shorts, and they were jumping on me, scratching my legs. I started saying no, stop, yelled for help, nothing. Then one of the dogs bit me on the back of the leg. I WISH I could post pictures. It hurt so damn bad for days. Anyway someone finally came, she got cotton balls for my bite (I have ZERO idea why she thought that would help). After her looking for keys for 20mins, I saw the Kia. The AC didnt work. So I left. WORSE EXPIENCE EVER. STAY AWAY!!
