If I could give negative stars, I would. We put 4,000 down on a car, and not even two weeks later transmission went out. They want us to come up with another 3,000 for it! Wild they sell you a bad car and want you to pay for it. It’s laughable they tried making it sound like we got a deal because we didn’t have to pay for labor! Lmaooo it’s a shop, they don’t pay for labor! I would avoid this dealership!
Worst place ever, they take advantage of their customers and feel like is ok to lie to their customers. Bought a car from them that they said had a brand new air compressor and that they had just replaced everything within the AC system, which was a complete lie, I ended up paying the dealership to fix it because he refused to do it or take care of it in any way. The guy is very rude and has no professional manners whatsoever. DO NOT GO THERE. He will tell you all mechanical services will be free for as log as you keep paying the car but he will end up charging you $100.00 just look at and guess what is wrong with the car. Pretty sure the mechanic is not even qualified.
By far the worse car sales place got 2 vehicle both were defective , there mechanic appointments are always full , they don’t have a good comunicación it’s a family own business and the owner (the Dad) is never there he will not schedule appointment to talk to there costumers still paying in to the vehicle that continues to be defective with more then one recap!! they will not tray it for a new one !!! At this point i will definitely report this business to the business bureau hopefully close this dealer ship with bad sales cars and bad costumer service!!!
