The app wants you to get pre approved in order to se your financing options then they want 90%of the price down for example if you want a 2018 Kia optima 15,000 is the price not bad not bad but you get pre approved and they want 14,000 down I thought maby my credit no my husbands mom has a 700 credit score for the same car price and everything they wanted more from her 14,500 when you can go to a dealership and get it for 0-1000 down and at a cheaper price carvana is a scam would not recommend using this app nor the sales team you call and they tell you that what the app says it what you have to pay not to mention I like 10 minutes from the car and they want a 2000 dollar shipping fee and refuse to let me pick it up.
Carvana it would take dummies to sell at Carvana cheap offerings when "dealers" will offer much higher; no wonder Carvana has multiples of lawsuits, from unfair business practice to misrepresentation, and others. Be wise sellers stay away from Carvana, ones' can get much better offer elsewhere.
Be VERY, VERY careful with paying Carvana anything not required!!!! Don't do that. Refunds can take 10, 10 business days. They tell you between 5-10 business days. Ignore that. Anticipate 10 full business days. Don't give any extra money for a down payment until you actually receive your car. Check carefully for accidents and verify all info on the website. I found discrepancies and I am still waiting at BUSINESS day 9.
Tried to use them for a sale. The technician was terrible that came to the house. Wasted our time.
